We gladly accept purchase orders from Schools, Universities and Government Organizations subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The smallest purchase order amount we accept is $500.
• All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a Canadian destination.
• Purchase orders will only be accepted in writing via fax (780-437-4964), a PDF file attached to an email (sent to sales@specialeventsales.com) or can be mailed to:

Items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to GST sales tax of 5%

Order Confirmation

You will receive an "order confirmation" email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serve as your invoice. If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please click here to contact us. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.
